Please do not schedule your appointment while working remotely, actively caring for or supervising children, or during a window in which you need to leave by a specific time. To ensure we can give your service the time and attention it deserves, please plan accordingly and avoid scheduling work, childcare responsibilities, meetings, or other time-sensitive commitments during your appointment.

Due to limited studio space and the nature of the services being performed, a maximum of ONE adult guest is permitted per appointment. Additional guests cannot be accommodated. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the studio unless they are the client receiving the service. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment, as exceptions cannot be made due to space and safety limitations. The studio is also a food and drink-free treatment space. If you or your guest need to eat or drink, please do so outside of the treatment area in the waiting area.

Refunds

I stand proudly behind my work. My appointments are extremely thorough and I follow my clients feedback throughout the session to ensure results that you will be happy with. Creating your new shape/design is a collaborative process and I don't proceed without signed consent. For these reasons I do NOT offer refunds. All sales are final.

PERMANENT MAKEUP PRECARE

Below is an important list to follow. They will ensure the best possible healed results. Please note that failure to adhere to this list may lead to undesirable healed results such as blurring, scarring, or failed color retention.

  • Avoid alcohol, coffee, tea, soft drinks containing caffeine 24 hours prior to the procedure. This can thin the blood causing excess bleeding that will provide unpredictable results.

  • Avoid aspirin/ibuprofen/niacin 24 hours prior. Tylenol is ok.

  • Avoid fish oil 3 days before

  • Avoid retinol/retin A (Do not use at least 30 days prior)

  • Avoid waxing/tweezing/threading 48 hours before procedure

  • Avoid tinting 1 month before

  • Avoid chemical peels/laser. Treatments must be done 1-2 months prior.

  • Avoid tanning 1 week before appointment. Sunburned areas or compromised skin cannot be worked over.

  • Due to bloodborne pathogens I cannot provide blankets or porous items. Please wear warm clothing (yes even in the summer) or bring a disposable blanket.

  • ID is required for all permanent makeup (PMU) and piercing appointments. Please arrive with a valid form of identification ready to go and take care of any consent forms before arriving through the patient portal.

  • Headphones recommended for client comfort. Minimal movement = best results. Please eat a good breakfast to regulate blood sugar and keep you satiated for the hours to come.
